Step Three: Complete Registration Form
Fill out the complete registration form with your child and family information.

Step Four: Basic Requirements
Submit your child’s birth certificate and vaccination records.

Step Five: Acceptance Confirmation
After completing all requirements, we will confirm your child’s acceptance into the academy.
